The very first step in the home-buying journey is my initial consultation to discuss the transaction process and current real estate market, identify your needs and address any questions or concerns you may have. Subsequently, we will tour homes and explore the best financing options for your unique situation. After choosing a home to submit an offer on, I will navigate you through the entire process from start to finish. This includes negotiations as they relate to value and inspection-related discoveries. I will also guide you through the property disclosures and resolve any issues for a successful completion of the transaction.
In any market, preparing and selling a property is no easy feat. In my initial consultation with prospective sellers I discuss the current market conditions, how they relate to each unique home, and how we can best market and maximize the value of a property. I explain the transaction process from beginning to end and prepare my clients to overcome any potential future obstacles. Once we are listed on the market, I will work with buyers agents, present offers, and navigate negotiations and property inspections. Moreover, I will work with the appraiser and title company for a smooth and successful transaction.
